The structural feed from the PURITAN line. With the PURITAN feed range, Höveler offers a high-quality and needs-based feeding option for horses that require a grain- and molasses-free diet.
With Original Höveler PUR STRUKTUR, the PURITAN.LINE is complemented by a structural feed that enhances the total ration with selected components of high-quality fiber.
Original PUR STRUKTUR, like the entire PURITAN.LINE, is grain- and molasses-free. As a structural feed, Original PUR STRUKTUR has no additional vitamin and mineral supplementation!
Thus, the muesli can be fed to an existing ration to enhance it with additional fiber and to promote the horse's chewing activity.
Original PUR.STRUKTUR has a balanced and palatable recipe with low starch and sugar content and added value: Numerous exquisite components are naturally rich in vitamins and minerals, also provide valuable dietary fibers and mucilage, and thus offer positive properties for the entire gastrointestinal tract. Original PUR.STRUKTUR is suitable, due to its carefully selected composition, for enhancing the total ration and quantitatively as well as qualitatively improves the basic hay ration. It can be added to existing rations or fed as the sole hard feed.
Feed per 100 kg body weight per day:
As a concentrate feed substitute - For optimal supply, when feeding Pur.Struktur as the sole hard feed, a mineral supplement is recommended, e.g., Reformin Plus or equinova Vitalysan.
Light work: 300 g Medium work: 630 g
To enhance the total ration with crude fiber: Depending on the ration: 100 to 150 g
To enhance the basic feed:
Depending on the basic feed - A minimum of 1.5 kg of hay per 100 kg body weight/day should be fed (pasture is not considered here): 150 to 250 g
Accordingly, an adjusted feeding of PUR.STRUKTUR can be done to ensure the horse's need for chewable crude fiber.
Fresh water should always be freely available.
