Beech wood chips are coarse shavings; fine particles are carefully sieved out. The product is also suitable for use in barbecues. Our smoking chips are specially manufactured for smoking food. Each grain size is carefully sieved and dried: aromatic smoke, even smoke development, excellent smoldering behavior, and high yield in application.
