Heu-Cobs – Dust-free hay cobs for optimizing roughage

The best green forage is cut at the optimal harvest time and immediately dried using a gentle warm-air process. Afterwards, the dried material is pressed into 15 mm cobs while maintaining a horse-friendly roughage structure. Our Original Höveler Heucobs are low in dust and therefore particularly suitable for horses with sensitive mucous membranes.

Original Heu Cobs require little storage space, are conveniently packaged, extremely practical to feed, and also suitable for automatic feeding systems.

Thanks to their special processing method, our Original Heucobs can also be fed dry after an acclimatization phase and for horses that do not eat too hastily and have a functioning dental system.

If you want to soak Original Heu Cobs, they need up to 12 hours to swell. If this soaking time is too long for you, you can choose our Original Höveler Senior-Cobs, which swell quickly (approx. 20 min).
