These General Terms and Conditions of Herzog Mülimatt AG (hereinafter "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between Herzog Mülimatt AG and its customers. All deliveries and services are based on these GTC. Deviating and/or supplementary agreements require the express consent of Herzog Mülimatt AG, as well as written form. The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of the ordered goods.
Prices are exclusive of the value-added tax (VAT) applicable on the invoice date. Prices are subject to change and may be revoked at any time.
Payment is due net within 10 days of invoicing or by one of the selected payment methods in the online shop. The delivered goods remain the property of Herzog Mülimatt AG until full payment and may neither be sold nor pledged.
As a rule, delivery takes place within five working days to the specified address. For deliveries to Engadin or Valais, the delivery period can be up to 15 working days. Orders are only delivered within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
From an order quantity of at least one pallet, delivery costs are included in the price. For smaller order volumes, we reserve the right to charge a transport surcharge.

Delivered products must be checked immediately upon receipt for integrity. Defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods. Otherwise, the goods are deemed to have been accepted by the customer as flawless. Complaints due to missing or defective products can only be accepted within ten days of delivery. Hidden defects must be reported to customer service immediately after their discovery. Returns require the prior consent of Herzog Mülimatt AG. Herzog Mülimatt AG only accepts unused, undamaged, and intact items with the corresponding delivery note. For inconvenience, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the goods' value. Transport costs are borne by the customer.
Concluded contracts are not revocable. We therefore refer to Swiss legislation. "Swiss law does not provide for a right of withdrawal or other right of return for online commerce after the order has been placed.".
The statutory warranty regulations apply.
German and French are available as contract languages.
Herzog Mülimatt AG reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The changes will be published on the website and will come into effect upon their activation. With the first order after the activation of the new GTC, the customer accepts the new provisions.
Should parts of these GTC prove to be unenforceable or invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby.
Exclusively Swiss law is applicable. The place of jurisdiction is Laufenburg AG.
The website of Herzog Mülimatt AG and the online offer of the swisseinstreu.ch shop may contain links to other websites not operated by Herzog Mülimatt AG. Herzog Mülimatt AG disclaims any liability in this regard.
