The grain- and molasses-free muesli for the older horse. With the PURITAN feed range, Höveler offers the possibility to feed horses that require a grain- and molasses-free diet with high quality and according to their needs.

Original PUR.SENIOR is fully mineralized and vitaminized, offers a carbohydrate-reduced recipe, and is therefore also suitable for horses with sensitive metabolisms.

Original Höveler PUR SENIOR provides an increased level of proteins, essential amino acids, and nutrients. This requirement in horses increases with age. Adapted to the nutritional needs of an older horse, this muesli contains less energy and instead high-quality amino acids as well as readily available minerals such as zinc, copper, selenium, manganese, cobalt, and magnesium. This specially developed vital substance combination ensures a balanced diet for the horse even with increased needs in old age.

PUR.SENIOR can be soaked in water in a short time if needed and can thus also be fed as a mash. Alfalfa and pea flakes ensure an optimal supply of amino acids. Digestion-promoting raw materials such as apple pomace and brewer's yeast show positive effects on the intestinal flora and thus support the vitality of the aging horse.

Fresh, not too cold drinking water should always be sufficiently available for self-service.

For very old horses and horses with severe dental problems, soaking the feed is definitely recommended.
